At Blonde Waterfall LLC, we respect your right to control your data. If you'd like to delete your account or any data we've collected through

Marketing OS or our Facebook/Instagram integrations, follow the steps below.

Option 1: Delete from your account

1. Sign in to Marketing OS at app.blondewaterfall.com

2. Navigate to Settings → Account

3. Click Delete Account

4. Confirm the deletion

5. 
   

This will remove your account, all listings, generated content, social media connections, and personal data within 30 days.

Option 2: Email us directly

Send a deletion request to backend@blondewaterfall.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your account

• Any connected Instagram or Facebook account handles

• 
  

We will:

• Confirm receipt within 48 hours

• Disconnect any linked Facebook or Instagram accounts

• Delete all stored data within 30 days

• Send confirmation when complete

What gets deleted

• Account information (name, email, phone)

• Listing data and uploaded photos

• Generated videos and content

• Social media access tokens

• Posting history and analytics

• All associated metadata

What we may retain

• Anonymized usage data for service improvement

• Records required by law (billing records for 7 years per tax requirements)

• Data necessary to prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations
